		<description>This is a great article.  It shows that you  can be an agent of change by looking within.  My favorite lines are:

At the end of the day resolve is what one should really want, however short term solutions are just that short term.  Long term solutions, while they may require more effort and focus on the front-end, are extremely beneficial long term.  What better place to look for blame and resolve than within.</description>
