Critical Monitoring Parameters

Monitoring parameters are chosen for each server and instance of the databases under our control. PMRC specialists carefully select the parameters to identify those critical indicators that help them best predict and prevent availability and performance problems. The selected parameters are monitored and the data returned from these monitoring checks are stored in our monitoring data warehouse for in-depth historical analysis and forecasting. The diagram below shows how the CMPs relate to the servers and instances when applicable.
