Hiring Criterion: Being Much More Than Just a DBA

Our hiring criterion is divided into three performance dimension areas: Attitudes, Aptitudes, and Approaches. Decisions to bring someone on-board are based on a careful assessment of a set of performance dimensions within each area in a number of both technical and non-technical areas. DB2 Database Administrator

Duties: Analyze, design, develop, and maintain large production DB2 database that support online applications. Implement security, backup, recovery and fail-over strategies.

Experience in: UNIX, shell & perl scripting, SQL, DataMirror, Federation and HADR.
