I wanted to reach out and thank everyone involved in the Atrium patching project, it has been a long two months. This past weekend went perfect, we had no major issues and Remote DBA lived up to the time commitments. I know it was a long weekend and very busy, but I was impressed with the technical and communications levels throughout the weekend. This would have not been a successful project without Remote DBA Experts leading the way. This past weekend gives us even more comfort when utilizing Remote DBA for monitoring, patching and overall Oracle database services. We are looking at upgrading our Oracle apps Database to 11g next year and are looking forward in utilizing Remote DBA for that project.

I wanted to thank Remote DBA Experts for helping today with our issues!!! All is well now. Some work was being done near our server room and we think a worker bumped the thermostat. The heat buildup caused our "fundman" server to keep rebooting over and over.

Remote DBA Experts was very quick to look in the logs when I called in panic - they pointed out that DB2 went into crash recovery. Remote DBA Experts helped determine quickly that the server was rebooting over and over. We tracked that back to the heat and got it remedied. Thanks a ton, I really owe you all!

We have been using Remote DBA Experts to help support two of our Oracle databases for about 3 months now. They have been by far the most responsive, customer service oriented, and dependable vendor I have ever had the chance to work with. The amount of communication I receive from them, via emails and phone calls, makes it seem as if they have desk beside mine in my office. I realize you will only need them on a part time basis, but I could not imagine hiring an internal DBA now that we have them as our primary DBA support.

Our Oracle databases' performance is the fastest it has been in years because of their analysis and recommendations implementation. We also had a major issue, in which RDBA responded with a high level of support. They quickly assembled their team on a Sunday, to help diagnosis and address the situation.

This past weekend we had two very large production releases go out to our Oracle environment. I just wanted to let you two know that your team did a stellar job of the deployments this weekend. They got the code and objects installed very quickly, and they kept in constant communication with me so I could communicate back to the business (and upper mgmt) what was going on.
